These videos are works in process. In each, acupuncturist Erica Bowman shows pertinent practices for health, healing and energizing the body and mind. The practices are derived from the ancient healing, breathing Chinese art of QiGong, and involve an awareness that Chinese medicine recognizes of the harmony in seasons, organs, moods and gestures. As all Chinese medicine is concerned with bringing balance and flow the body and mind, these movements, which she presents in a joyful, playful, graceful way, can be as deep as meditations and as simple as calisthenics.
